Just think 2 of everything and I don't have a dish washer. Well, unless you count me - as dishwasher. lol What would happen in the Kosher home if they couldn't afford these appliances? How would they manage?

AnneAnne Murch-Gutierrezhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02322215267547541150noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1982333821763925461.post-4946135964483614342009-04-13T23:51:00.000-04:002009-04-13T23:51:00.000-04:00Thanks for letting me know. I mean, I know the proscriptions of the Old Testament viz a vis the admixture of a calf and its mother's milk, but I did not know that it involved such a set up at home. Thanks again for teaching me something. :-)Sam Sotiropouloshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09348670281943666083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1982333821763925461.post-20153331043929853152009-04-13T18:06:00.000-04:002009-04-13T18:06:00.000-04:00Biz319, at least you tried, that's what counts. I have a future sister-in-law who keeps Kosher, it scares me to death when she comes for dinner :) but she is very good and makes everything work.

Sam, usually two sinks, two refrigerators, two dishwashers at least! Then there are the dishes, although clear dishes can be used for both meat and dairy if they are washed in the dishwasher.Foodfanataholichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17620244471968577568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1982333821763925461.post-62293554020621238742009-04-13T16:54:00.000-04:002009-04-13T16:54:00.000-04:00I once baked a cake for a co-worker who was Kosher...I once baked a cake for a co-worker who was Kosher, and I bought a new wooden spoon, bowl and utencils so she could eat it.

Only one problem! I cooked it in my oven, which obviously had meat cooked in it and she couldn't eat it! Oh well, it's the thought, right? :DAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1982333821763925461.post-35895084997176099392009-04-13T16:24:00.000-04:002009-04-13T16:24:00.000-04:00Two of ever appliance?
