I just wanted to let you know that if you are located in the Tri-State Area, King Arthur Flour is going to be sponsoring free Bread Baking Classes, and a Class on Festive Cookies and Pies.
These classes do not require any pre-registration,
and they are open to the public, all you have to do is show up.
The classes are being taught by Carolyn Hack

who is a native of New Jersey, growing up on her family's farm. She is now living on a farm in Vermont (Home to King Arthur Flour) and teaching some classes for them.

ReplyDeleteI've always liked this company and their products. A couple of years ago I happened to be staying with friends over Thanksgiving in Vermont. I was able to stop by the store. It's a beautiful building. Of course I spent way too much, but had a grand time looking at all the ingredients and special baking pans and such. Got a signed cookbook, too. If any of you ever get a chance to stop in, do so!
