Free Bread Baking Class


Good morning everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that if you are located in the Tri-State Area, King Arthur Flour is going to be sponsoring free Bread Baking Classes, and a Class on Festive Cookies and Pies.

These classes do not require any pre-registration,
and they are open to the public, all you have to do is show up.
The classes are being taught by Carolyn Hack


who is a native of New Jersey, growing up on her family's farm. She is now living on a farm in Vermont (Home to King Arthur Flour) and teaching some classes for them.

The classes are being given in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania March 18-21, 2009

  1. Thanks for posting these Elise. I'd love to take one of their classes, but none are close enough. Maybe next time!

    I've always liked this company and their products. A couple of years ago I happened to be staying with friends over Thanksgiving in Vermont. I was able to stop by the store. It's a beautiful building. Of course I spent way too much, but had a grand time looking at all the ingredients and special baking pans and such. Got a signed cookbook, too. If any of you ever get a chance to stop in, do so!
